PERIOD PROPERTIES
We understand period homes and how to preserve architectural styles from different historical eras, each with unique design elements that reflect the trends of their time. These properties need renovation. We understand how to preserve the Georgian period home design with balanced proportions, sash windows and pillared doorways and the brick type and stone exteriors. Victoria period home architecture takes into consideration ornate gothic and italian influence, bay windows and stained glass. Victorian property typically has patterned brickwork with contrasting colours and elaborate ironwork. We add in the modern comfort and space utilisation.
ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES
Being a small consultancy we offer a very personalised service and cost effective design. We engage in property inspection and good client communication as part of the formation of concept designs; often including initial sketches, a feasibility study, and the brainstorming of new ideas. We offer digital measured surveys. We produce floor plans, elevations, and spatial planning in detail. We use 3D digital models so as to really understand how the architecture and interior space will look with rendered images.
PLANNING & REGULATION
We can obtain planning permission and building permits by preparing drawings and documentation for submission to buildings control at the designated council department for approval. We produce technical drawings and specifications for construction. We are specialists in listed building and buildings under conservation. We offer management and consultancy throughout the build to ensure standards are met. We can coordinating with structural engineers, builders & suppliers

Our project is ongoing in spring 2026. Full renovation works on 2 floors of this period Putney home. Particular focus on a loft bathroom remodelling and new living room layout. View Project
Planning granted for Kingston Home
Planning has been granted on our latest project for a new home in Kingston London. Our drawings and visuals were submitted in Jan 2025 and the buildings and control department at Kingston council met the 8 week target. We have been engaged to provide onsite architectural services for the client.
Construction Started North London Flats
Construction started in March for our North London flat renovation project.
