Bespoke Bathroom – Richmond London
A balance of luxury & practicality that respects both the character of Richmond architectural home style. Careful detailing from joinery and lighting to spatial planning and material selection.
Architecturally refined blend of contemporary craftsmanship, accessibility-driven design, and warm, tactile materiality. Every element has been thoughtfully composed to create a space that is both elegant and highly functional.
Interior Design Work
The layout is anchored by a generous, fully accessible walk-in shower zone, defined by soft-toned textured wall tiles and a curved ceiling track supporting a privacy screen. Design for accessibility and easy mobility is an important feature with multiple grab rails. Dual shower systems including a rainfall head and handheld unit. Discreet storage exists within the tilework while maintaining clean, uninterrupted lines.
Design Details
The bespoke vanity unit combines a sculpted countertop basin with a curved wooden cabinet, introducing warmth and craftsmanship to the scheme. The arched mirror, framed subtly against the wall, is complemented by soft-glow side sconces that elevate the ambience.
Storage is intelligently integrated throughout: full height cabinetry, under-counter shelving, and recessed compartments maximise efficiency while keeping surfaces clean and uncluttered. Natural light floods the space through large windows, softened by a textured fabric blind that ties into the tonal palette of stone, wood, and matte metal finishes.
