Site Visit & Pre Design
We are very interested in new clients and respond quickly to enquiries. You will speak directly to MAC the architectural designer who can quickly assess your design requirements, even with an idea and some basic information about the property and location we can arrange an initial meeting and site visit, make an appraisal and form a design brief with you.
Point Cloud Surveys
Ultra-precise 3D point cloud data capturing every detail of a building or space existing buildings using advanced 3D laser scanning Leica Technology. We can capture detailed floor plans, forming the foundation for accurate design work, planning applications, and renovations. Whether for heritage properties, complex sites, or contemporary structures. It’s an essential first step in any well-executed architectural project.
Structural Reports
ZEP architectural design provides comprehensive structural assessment reports that evaluate the integrity, stability, and safety of a building following a detailed on-site survey. Our assessments identify any potential structural issues, outline clear recommendations for repairs or improvements, and ensure full compliance with current building regulations.
Concept Architecture
Mac is strong with idea generation and concept design. He gets a sense of pride in delivering well thought out design visuals that preserve the buildings character and add comfort and utility for a modern living space. He presents rendered visuals and drawings for spatial planning & layout development.
Project Planning
Understand realistic build costs early in the design process—reducing the risk of financial overrun is balanced with strong conceptual design and a true feasible vision of what you would like to achieve. Technical Design
We transform concepts into construction-ready information by producing detailed design drawings, specification of materials, fixtures & finishes, labor, and equipment needed for a project, along with their quantities and estimated costs.
Construction Supervision
We engage in onsite construction supervision to ensure your project is built to the highest standard and true to the approved design. Mac monitor’s workmanship, resolve design queries, and liaise closely with contractors to keep the build on track. This is especially important for complex or sensitive renovations.
